The discussions are thought-provoking and centered on Blackness and the experiences of Black people. She travels to the heart of these stories. Amanda engages with cultural leaders, activists, scholars, and everyday individuals. Participants include writer and producer Larry Wilmore. Another participant is best-selling author Bolu Babalola. Others are comedian Gina Yashere and the “Robin Hood of Restitution” Mwazulu Diyabanza. They discuss important topics like reparations, Black maternal health, and the business of Black hair and more.
